Get it(25 wins) for one race and you'll get that race's icon.

and then make sure u have 25 wins on one race only

you have to win 25 times with same race (hum/ne/orc/undead/randoms) to get first icon
and 15 with Tournaments i think not sure ( playing d2 atm) ^^
