I decided to install Warcraft III (RoC) again, and I was able to create games, so people can join etc. But now I don't...and did not change anything, same modem, internet, etc.

So, I'd like to know what's happening, and how do I fix this.

turn off your regular firewall

if you have a router u will need to port forward go to portforward.com for more info
when u have port forwarded u can either make an exception in ur firewall for the ports or just turn it off
