New us west dota clan.
Pretty much we will set up different squads of different skill levels and set squad leaders.
Of course the best dota players will get the higher ranking positions.
We also have ranks in our clan, which is recorded by a bot, and you get promoted based on improvement, activeness, and how many people you recruit.
Eventually we will have scrims and such.
