I'm not sure if the forum rules means we can't sell battle.net accounts (the ones that link to the game and basically is selling a cd-key) or in-game accounts (which is basically what people who are offering leveling/icon services are doing just they aren't making them before hand.)
Like, let's say I wanted to sell one of my 25-0 solo accounts - would that be acceptable or no? (Obviously not today since the reset hits today, but let's say sometime in the future?)
