So every time i attempt to install a service pack it puts the Security center spyware anti virus bull in my computer.

I removed it and took the files out of my registry, before the program was installed i was able to run perfectly normal speeds on WC3

After i removed the program i have been unable to host or run with a decent speed and i keep getting dropped by the host.

What do i need to do to restore my general internet speed before the spyware was installed/removed. I know it was this that has caused the speed reduction.
