Also, pudge is really fun if your good with ihim

Haven'ty played dota since like .61 or something like that but I remember the most fun were pudge, furion and tank spectre (hearts + rad + that dissipate spell or w/e= awesome kills without even having to attack.)

Edit: oh yea, caster rexxar ftw. I'd go like quick dagon then vlads then refresher then gg.

any hero with an item build that is highly unusual, usually is really fun. so really any hero can be fun.
