Yep, installed banlist and WinpCap 4.1
not i can't even to Bnet.. on USWest on WC3FT D2LOD.. SC etc.

I think he is trying to say...

He just installed banlist and 'winpcap', and he now is not able to connecto to battle.net on wc3, nor d2 or starcraft
