I suggest you to watch a lot of replays and learn the basics.
Also study the armor types and what unit counters what.
then play, play, play and learn to micro.
practice is the best
Also what are you going to play? 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 or ffa?

Standard orc 1v1 strat is
Bm SH raiders spirit walkers grunts
2v2 is pretty much the same
3v3 is different depending on the strategy and whoever is leading you.
i can't help you with 4s because i never play orc in 4s.

First, you need to learn how to effectively use Blademaster.
Then you need to learn how to effectively use raiders and spirit walkers.
That should take you about 50 -100 games to even be considered Half Decent.
During that time you'll get your 25 wins.

Gotta learn to play with raiders. It takes a while. You cant be taught to micro without playing games, so just play.

-It would to be nice to know how to place your peons and how many to build so they can make an effective base. Base building is one of my problems with orcs to..

Well ... In 1v1 i will only have a chance if he leave. Cause a orc player that cannot really play orcs? That wouldn't me great.. And if my ally sucs in 2v2 i got a problem to >.>
