3 things u need to open

router add port 6112
windows fire wall exceptions add port 6112
and antivirus if u have one add port 6112

or just call ur local tech support. easy as that.

This doeesnt always work. In some cases, although rare, your ISP has certain ports blocked via firewall. In this case you will have to manually open your routers ports as well as call your ISP and have them open all ports or the ones you designate.
