the one that made attacks that got completely blocked by dmg block not deal swipes dmg, roughly decreasing ursa's dmg output by 30% at lvl 16 iirc . . .

enrage adds a 1 dmg attack when it's active, to increase swipes dmg (Was a quick fix to not decrease the overall dmg output when the ult was fixed to green +dmg the 1 dmg attack was added. Since the source is the ursa but it's not an incinerate buff on the attack, it deals the current swipes counter in dmg, but doesn't add to it.)

When the 1 dmg attack was blocked, there was nothing to get the dmg from for the swipes dmg. <- fixed.
