What determines 'Tech Percentage' ?
I got a tree of eternity with fully teched chims within 10 minutes, and only got 11% tech

Tech % is percentage of total techage you can do for a race. Even though u fully teched chims, u didnt tech all other possible units :D

Ah, so to get 100%, tech every unit, and the upgrade building?

just build any upgrade possible, for example the few upgrades in ur main building too
then u should have 100%

Every upgrade you can get kicks into that %, so the tree armor/speed buff, packpack, buffs for units you don't use, etc. all factor in.
