I d/l it from blizz website get it installed i go 2 get on bnet and it start d/l the patches and stops at 28% everytime ne ideas

Have you tried posting in the Technical Support Thread on Blizzards forums? They will without a doubt guide you better than anyone here can, it will just take longer for a response.
