well i think its acceptable if the other guy makes sure the email is changed so you cant switch back the password

otherwise its a scam.

awesome, i'll probably start premaking accounts and ill switch the email. i don't really care about getting a mediator for every transaction.

This is not allowed, read the rules clearly.

You can do someone wins for FG, but you are not allowed to sell your (premade-)accounts for FG.
