This is fairly close. Phase will replace treads now. A few wraiths +diffusal is core. Luxury is up to you and situation. You could potentially rush rad if you're doing incredibly well.
Also, heart is now 10 seconds out of combat. So you may want to get rad just because heart is a weak tanking item now, although it does provide good HP and regen out of combat. A diffusal to yasha -> manta is fine too. Bfly is not a recommended build as you would be evading damage where you want to get hit and reflect the damage, making use of your Dispersion skill.
