Most solo mid duels generally are decided by who has better rune control.

I'd have to disagree, but I'll take out the np if you want to 1v1 me with runes.

NP once again keeps things fair because neither player has rune control - I can easily push a lane with sf on wave 3 and just camp the rune site - I don't want to explain further strategies from there, but is it really fair that I get a DD at lvl 3 and then 4 shot you?

That's not a judgment on skill - that's a discernment of who can camp runes better. Of course, things differ in a 5v5 situation - not so much in 1v1 though.

Anyways, I'll still play you with runes/powerups, let me know
