If you want something slightly above pubs, join an open league. If you're looking for more, check out your local Lan center.

you could play TDAs, but they're hardly better than pubs
DcL games are a step up from TDA

the best way to improve is to join a team and scrim regularly on the garena client

5v5 clan wars will make you good in no time if you're capable

or be a really good hacker and never get caught!
