It's Garena .
It's a program that allows you to play Warcraft 3(Lots of other games) around the world.
It's mainly about DOTA.
The other feature for it is you can play Warcraft 3 even if your CD-key is Banned.

Garena= GGC, in which its basically LAN u can dota 1v1 solo etc. and more basically if u GGC theres no hacks and theres NO DELAY

...there were tournaments etc etc, but its not mainly dota in there^^

/e: and you could have delay even if its not often but the ping is normally more than gozu

It's a program you use for virtual LAN, coded by signaporean monkeys who manage to fuck somethnig up every single update. Preferably it's not even remotely related to what they were adding and/or "fixing".
