I recently bought a new computer, the OS is Vista and I no longer can host.
Yes I've googled and Yes I've youtubed. I know the process of how to host and I've tried it many times.
I have a linksys router. I opened my ports and both protocols and the port is open in WC3, I've also tried turning of the firewall COMPLETELY. Still no result, if anyone is willing to fix this for me and walk me through with whatever that needs to be done I will pay up FG. You can send me a message I'll give you my MSN/AIM if you are interested.

Are you trying to host with a specific program? How have you been testing if you can host or not?

There are a few programs used for better hosting quality, and a number of them can be difficult, especially with vista.

My question was how you've been testing, not if you had been.

What realm are you on?

Have you been running wc as an admin or in compatibility mode?

Have you made sure that you've opened the port WC is actually using? Not just the standard ones.

I'd make sure you're actually running the wc program as an admin, in the exe properties.

Check which port your wc is using. Just open it up and go to options/gameplay and see which port it's using. Then make sure it's the correct one you opened on your router.

If you've done all that, you shouldn't have a problem. I would reset your router and manually open the ports again. If that doesn't work, restart your router and try again, and if that doesn't work, then I'm not sure what the problem is. Shut off your firewall for now.
