Quelling could be worth it if you plan on taking trips to the jungle, if not stay away from it. PMS offers a lot to fragile heroes like troll, and it gives them a bit more versatility when it comes to farming. Gauntlets aren't always necessary as starter items. Bonus damage can help more, especially if you have a baby sitter. HoTD is only worthwhile if you're going to take creeps, a troll or cent most likely. If not, it doesn't add much to the troll. Sange isn't worthwhile at all. MKB is actually pretty good on the new troll. Satanic is meh. It can be nice, but heart is better for staying alive. I'd be tempted to go for phase on the new troll. Diffusal could also be very nice.

BKB is essential. He really can't do anything without it.

u'll need a bkb...but i think mjollnir is probaby the best item ive ever seen on him...

i dont think its the best game and i think its a bit overrated but its ok from time to time, not game after game like some ppl do.

Although you can fill in the last item slot, if you have those five items you can't die.. you'll have near permabash with insane movespeed. Have fun!
