you might want to start with some bracers depending on the team your against...then id go

treads
helm
butterfly
mkb
assult

these items are pretty expensive but farming with luna should be easy

it works just fine after a bit of dropping/picking up items as long as you have lifeleech. pfft nob in hed. (but canot understadn why fucku would EVER want sny if u can manta lol.)
