You can use shift queing for a lot of heroes. Puck wouldn't really benefit from it though; it wouldn't allow the proper control of his abilities.

Often it's used on pudge, to move in the direction the enemy probably will go, after he hooks them.

It can be used in conjunction with TP scrolls/Bot for instant skill usage after the teleport, tinker for instance.

There are several heroes who could potentially use it for faster spell combos, like Balanar.

On of the more popular uses is tango walking, grabbing a tango while continuously walking.

There are lots of possibilities, and just about any hero could use it effectively, in one way or another. Although, specific combos like blink+epi aren't that common. There are more tactical uses for it.
