me and my friend just got wc3. we play 2v2s but we lose everytime, how does the other team get their army so quick?

search warcraft 3 pro replays and download and watch a couple...you can even find pros playing custom games...watching them to figure out a strat is what has helped me

first thing to learn is to scout and know your start builds

pick a race and stick to it until your good enough to learn another undead is fairly easy other then that experience is best

you can watch replays as well

Learn with 1 race at a time.

Play some 'comp stomps' and get a feel for the races. Pick one that you enjoy playing. Practice with it alot, and watch replays of professional WC3 players of that race obviously. download replays/audios etc.

And keep practicing
