seems pretty unbalanced to me

He's pretty item dependent, and he has to get in close to do anything. He's a ganker that needs gear...If anything, he needs a slight buff.

storm is extremely item dependent hes useless without mana and regen his skills are good but no need of nerfing he really isnt that hard to counter just orchid would do it, if theres someone that needs to be nerfed its TC

won't blood stone be enough for storm to just "tele"...

That's the point. He needs something like bloodstone, which got nerfed, to be effective. At that point, half the game has already gone by. He should be ganking early game, not ricing it up.

His role as a ganker clashes with his need for items.
