So this question is concerining the program w3dr. A delay reducer for dota.
If anyone is familiar with this than you might have the answer.

I suddenly am getting the following error: 7/19/2009 7:11:49 PM: Could not change pre game delay value (LAN/NET, 998, 998)

If anyone might know a cause to this error and a solution, there might be some fg in it for you :P

it may be in the setting of your dr and also do u have another 3rd party program on at the same time some programs are really independant and don't even allow you on iternet.Sorry if it doesnt fix ur problem i dont have dr i got a bot

There arent really any settings for it. its really a turn it on and forget it kind of thing, and there are no other programs running :(

I would recommend VCK (VisualCustomKick) for DR - it's never caused problems for me, and it comes with a TON of other features (namely, the ability to kick players via an IN-GAME display), as well as auto-typed phrases (such as -terrain snow or -water 255 0 0).
