just recently downloaded and installed warcraft 3 and FT to my computer. everytime i start the game my screen goes blank. I have a geforce 8800gtx vid card, drivers are updated. im currently running vista 32 bit. i've tried running it in compatibility mode for xp service pack 2, this worked for diablo 2 as it had the same problem too. i've run out of options that i can think of as to why it wont load up. I can hear the game sounds so i know its working just cant see anything! anyone have any ideas?

Thats wierd, try General help forum though.

i had a similar problem there's some registry fix on the blizzard help page that sets the graphics to the bare minimum then it runs fine.

atleast that's what fixed mine.

You can try running it with open gl.

Just create a shortcut to Warcraft, and on the target line (after the quotations) add -opengl.

i fixed it by changing some things in the regedit files. mods can close
