im stuck on the first scourge mission on frozen throne, im tryin to play it in hard, does anyone have any strategies?

hahaha playing the freaking campaing, i dont even remember what it is been a looooooong time ^-^

well the mission is to destroy 9 human villages, and stop the humans from escaping. and you get king arthus in 1 corner, kel tha zad in the top and some other archer hero in the bottom. and its really hard becuase u have to attack with super limited forces while still defending
