so i just played jugg in a game against razor. he cast his steal dmg link thing, i omnied. he kept on stealing dmg throughout my ult... by the end it did no dmg b/c of how much he had taken
how lame

lol that's just wrong in so many ways. jugg's ulti slashes deals 150-250 physical dmg each completely independant frmo your normal attack. It's all triggered. (sure you can get some hits between slashes, but I cbf going into that here.)

are you saying getting items don't increase the dmg of omni slash? cuz my omni took him to half life and then the last few hits didn't do anything at all

to a certain extent items CAN increase your dmg in omnislash, but not necessarily, no.

Yes razor has been more overpowered i thought he was l33t before 6.60 but well look now

Omnislashes are triggered, always deal the same damage and dont use orb effects / chance based attack effects etc.
The "in-between-slashes" do get the benefit of all these and happen during the slashing
