If you get startfeed go for vangaurd, boots, early heart, phase, dagger, armor.
Nomal game go for 2x Vangaurd, phase, then heart, dagger, Armor.

stout, tangos, potion

then get enough for roh,
farm phase if u cant get blink right away.

end with phase blink hood, vanguard, heart and shivas

Mostly, when you got the tactic of making axe sort of overpowered, you get 2x semi carrys. One of them potm, gets mjollnir and gives you lightning. You just got dagger 1st item, phase/heart 2nd. heart/phase 3rd.
