im on a 15mbit line, and i host regularly, but i dont usually do pubs, too many leavers/noobs.

SIG has hosts that are just as bad as BNET; and the people are terribly bad. Its basically bnet pubs with stats.

www.dota-gc.com if youre anywhere near the nordic area (mostly finnish and swedish hosts, its fine for me as a german)
