2v2's or 3v3's mostly

ironwood branches to rapier for win

Dagon is pretty good, basically gives you a double ult.
If your stuck playing more of a support role than a nuker, get a mek first.
I would preferably get Phase boots after your first core item

2v2-

Dagon(if you can farm one early)

2v2 -om
Phase boots

vanguard
aghenims/bloodstone

3v3
same as 2v2 situation

I lol'd @ people who say Dagon as a must have item, or one you absolutely need.

in 5-5 you get nothing at the start, get a bottom or top lane, and get Ring asap

Then go get void

Farm BoT then get rest of bloodstone.

After this farm up Guinsoo

You will be a decent tank who puts out a lot of dmg/drains mana during sheep.

So my build is

Bloodstone/BoT/Guinsoo/3x Bracers


You can swap a bracer out for a vanguard early if you need the extra regeneration.

Ok sorry, I didn't know that around 2.7k Hp isn't tank enough on lion.
