you're retarded if you think you can compare the two in skill, completely different games.

One based around strategy and teamwork, one based around micro/macro and cookie cutter builds. Neither require more skill than the other and there is no argument you can give to change opinion.

yes cookie cutter builds, when do you not see an orc going bm sh/tc grunts raiders walkers. when do you not see elf going either mass dotts or bears/dryads. when do you not see ud go either fiends or ghouls to destros/wyrms. HU either expos or techs to t2 push, again cookie cutter.

all cookie cutter based around who has the better micro.

Ladder requires more skill, strategies change according to maps, races, etc. DotA is far more fun, however.

like what BowEzd said, there is no more "skill" required to play one or the other. in ladder, you follow a specific build, or generally you lose. in dota however, based on the situation you face, you need to improvise, but it requires little to no micromanagement (unless you are meepo, or using creeps/book)

so yeah, stop bashing dota, u dont see me posting threads bashing ladder games steadily.
