So if Spectre was a top tier pick like he use to be, why have teams stopped picking/banning him in high level play?

rofley , ure missing so many carries like troll , phantom assassin , void , naga , phantom lancer , etc etc .. should i continue ?

and everyone single one of them suckass ( but since ur bringing them up i assume u only play public )
try play some more "high skilled" games
then return to this poll

PL is actually used in high skilled games, and he does great 70% of the time..
