Ignorance; Spectre's dispersion is shit compared to what it used to be.
If you've forced the other team to pick slardar to counter your carry, you've effectively stolen one of their slots. Slardar is a shitty hero, and his ultimate doesn't even ensure you're going to kill him. Riki has amazing base armor, and having vision of a hero doesn't mean you'll always kill him. It's better to stack dusts and pick a far superior hero in your lineup. Either or, Riki is a top tier hero because of his ability to gank. Even with dust and slar ult, you can't stop a gank from riki.

Slar is a bad counter for SA for the most part, he is used very little. However, Gondar is being used in professional play more and more versus Riki.

Gondar doesn't waste a hero slot because he takes the role of the babysat hero.

and 4 secound laters riki is dead

Then Riki says, hello bkb, smoke screen, blink to creep/hero behind him, run off behind towers.

vouch this, slardar is trash, riki can just escape and come back with friends.
