Imho Luna can still be on this list. However nowadays luna is a really rare pick since she's kinda useless with most of modern combos...

luna is just dps, so if u had a lot of stuns alrdy she is good, but her early game sucks

uncontrable ;_;

aghanim's build isnt viable as a carry on scepter... too many ways to dodge/block/reduce her ulti. (likens/bkb/lothars/hood/etc)

and for the money you could have bought better carry items on her (guinsoo/buriza/etc)

N'aix does fine on lane, great in jungle, awesome when he gets his armlet and rips other carrys like dk and visage to shreds.
Also cheap, easy and flexible item build coupled with great survivability.

Is why he is banned in good games.
