Other heroes are generally more useful anyway. For chen/enchantress take a similar amount of skill using creeps well.

Well, see how often he is banned though. He only "can" get picked when he isn't banned. Or in pubbies.

TBH he's always been strong, has just needed people to bring out the most in him, now that's happened he's being banned a lot.
