Yeah, change your mac address, save settings (usually restarts the router), and then unplug the modem for 2-3 minutes.

And try joining a Dota Cash game with a fresh Warcraft III account.

okay ill try it. but just wondering. i have xbox live. and i think its set up for that router. so if i change the ip address am i going to have to change it for my xbox too?

Steps should be the same, the only thing that might change is the location of your Mac address in your routers settings.
