This is how you do:
Farm at your lane untill you got vladimirs offering (about lvl 8)
Then go kill roshan. (cast overpower, when 3 secs cd left on it go and pop ulti after first hit - free kill)
How to get free kills:
Spot a hero at a random lane, pop overpower, use edge, go next to him, use stomp, ulti. if needed refresh overpower, but he'll most likely die in just 1.
Seriously you cannot fail, and if you do just farm anci creeps and you'll rape.

I think you should practise lasthitting/orbwalking before asking which hero is best.
because if your able to lasthit/deny you get pretty good farm really quick and any hero is just easy this way.
also you should play a lot if you want to become better so your map awareness will rise and you simply know what to do and when to do it.
try to read what flamers tell you (because you will be flamed unless you play with bots) and ask them what you did wrong ( because they wont tell you, they will just laugh about you(because they suck)).
always asking for item/skillbuild before isnt wrong either

its nearly impossible to get 5500 gold in 9 minutes.
i just had 2700 for BoT in 6 and thats pretty much IMHO (with necro)
