There's customized gamer mouses with macros for those.

Pros tend to spam their control groups to keep their hands warmed up so when they are in heated battles. They are ready and won't have slow reaction.

That's actually what noobs tend to do, like you. It's completely unecessary though some people seem to find it useful for whatever reason.

u can add and subtract weak units from ur groups , you can make new groups during battle.. just depends but most of all and the most important thing is moves on the map.. micro is important if ur vsing good people and it wil decide who wins but making good moves vs good people will also decide who wins.
