If it's a serious game (which I highly doubt) the build is as followed:

starting items tangos/hp pot/stout etc
phase/hood/blink/shiva OR heart then get whichever you didn't get first.

go helix call get ult at 6 DO NOT WAIT UNTIL AFTER ATTRIBUTES ARE MAXED TO GET HUNGER, if you do you are bad !! You use hunger to possibly put on a blinking hero or a hero running with very low health for an easy kill or to stop an initiation which can very well save a team fight !!

If it's just like a tda go 5x vanguard + phase boots and run around the enemy team until they kill you.
