the only way a game is an easy win is if u are playing someone far worse than u... massing hunts doesnt mean easy win.. massing hunts is only anywhat effective if u got skills yo.. i only mass hunts vs orc on gnoll wood... other than that no massing of teh hunts ><

ya ted does some good dk/naga/lich strat but like i said.. there is no ultimate strat that just pwnts everything... so its a solid strat but by no means does it mean u get to rape teh ne ;D

ne is ud's worst matchup, by far

this is my advice:

dk first, ghouls. start with a ghoul rush (like 4 ghouls + dk). split up your ghouls, attack his wisps. its hell for him to micro. dont' select a spell until you get to his base. if he mana burns you, get aura first. if not, then get coil

one hit from dk + coil kills a wisp. if you do this well, this sould slow his teching + give him a lumber shortage

now there are two strats to go from ehre, but both involve dk/naga lich as your 3 heroes. naga with the movement speed aura is imba vs dh, and the tri nukes can fry ne heroes into oblivion. lichs nova is another slow, and good against bears. he also has frost armor to protect you from bears/dh melee attacks and slow them even more.

unit choice: you either go dual crypt + gargs and do a wisp harass with gargs + prevent him from expoing while ccing with your heroes + ghouls, then you push t3 with an orb on your lich, adding in heavy air (frosts, destros) as needed. the ne counter to this strat is dh/panda mass dryads with orb on the dh. if you can garg harass well enough, you can keep him from getting up the expansion ne needs so badly, and keep his panda from leveling properly b/c he has to stick raound his base.

the 2nd strat is the one mentionned before. fiends/couple stats, then a couple frost wyrms will have ne players crying. their anti air is archers dryads or hippos. hippos get wtfpwned by web so badly its not even funny. you can kill 3 archers in one go with lvl 3/3/3 hero nukes. and dryads drop like flies to garg or fiend focus with corruption orb.

i solo with ud and ne and this matchup makes me pull my hair out when i'm night elf b/c of how much i must outplay the ud


AND ALSO:

against average to lower level players, you can go dreadlord first, dual crypt ghoul rush if you want to keep it simple. don't tech, get sleep first, aura 2nd etc etc and keep pumping ghouls. if hte ne isn't prepared (immolation on dh, 2 aows pumping archers, good base build), its a free win if you aren't too bad at surrounding shit. no micro other then that required


p.s i haven't built a huntress in solo in like a year, and have never seen an ne player go hunts vs ud after 250 games

i thot orc was uds worst match.... ud v orc -> ud v ne -> ud v human worst to best...

There are each races easiest match ;D

this is all pretty solid play, also if ur going 2 crypt garg its also good to tech to aboms sometimes that way u can end up going abom/destro vs bears or abom/wagon vs dryads and u should still have some gargs maybe.... vs panda when he uses drunken haze, u try to go into clay form before he does the fire.. this way the gargs dont get fired and also when going into clay form drunken haze dissapears! gl
