why would you need shrapnel when sniper pretty much has the best last hit EVER. with headshot and range if you don't 21 chromosomes you should be able to last hit every creep in the wave. first skill simply pushes the lane and fucking wastes mana and blows dick.

but i suppose in pubs it doesnt matter. in pubs i go aghanims on mirana every game and always win
