I like a lot juggernuat and i had played it like this:
At early game u get boots + circlet+ tangos or +2 criclet + 2 slippers and +6 tangos, if u go with the boots route u harrass enemy with spining and probably u will get fb, then u farm (last hit) for a bfury (first the healt circle so u dont leave the line and keep farming, then buy the mana one, so u dont run out of mana nor life and keep farming whirliwing the creeps and get all of em for u, then complete bfury and more farm with it, from there u can easily get anytime in the game, I go boots, tangos, ring health, perservance, Bfury, Finish boots, Helm of Dominator, Butterfly, Curass or BKB if a lot of disable/stun, its pretty much gg with this build, you should try it.
