In the new ver spectre is incontestably the best
riki comes in second place

the new meta just make spectre uber strong and the buff to diffusal only made him stronguer

the diffrent whid spec and pl is

spec can global gank from lvl 6
spec can tank good as fuck
spec just needs 3 wb pt diffusal to gg em


pl is a fucking paper
pl need fucking expensive items to pwn
pl just get fucked by es

and prolly 4got 1000 more things but thoes are just basics

PL is a more reliable carry to count on receiving, as spectre is constantly banned.
PL can pull more effectively, due to if they collapse on you you have windwalk.
PL has a stronger nuke and slow, making him a far superior laner.
PL doesn't need expensive items to own, he can own with the same items spec needs.

Spectre is an easy gank, where as PL is tougher to gank.
ES should be banned if you plan on PL.
While I still think Spectre is a lot better, even after than slew of nerfs thrown her way, PL isn't as bad as you'd expect.

wow i never knew so many ppl would go spectre or riki... wtf.. DK is the carry... tank str based so lots of life splash dmg and cold, and plus he's got all his armor. sure spectre is good with his ult and dispersion but cmon ppl!! And SA wtf... smoke is great and all but you get fucked up with wards or ppl who see invis not by far a team carrier. so imo from whats listed... DK, spectre/terror depending on builds then SK(soley because he can have triple lifesteal)... thanks for reading
