wrong. At lower levels of play, the elf is going to be bad, rushing him when his best units are likely to be archers is most likely going to own them.
When they go hunts, they would have built an excedingly expensive hunters hall (210 gold), may often have 2 AOW's (another -160 gold which isnt doing a lot), possibly a tech (possibly -310 gold 180 wood). You on the other hand will have sold your TP (+175), 2 heroes which have summoned units/wards, built a warmill + tech, have pumped ALL gold into units and ready to rumble. Usually i will fight at 40 food versus their 28-35, add in summons, add in the towers which they also need to focus down, add in the fact i harassed at t1 so they have no moon juice... GG.
The great thing about doing a gruntapult (where you use grunts and demo's which are called catapults in ROC hence the name) is that it times it when you are at ~40 food and ready to go, while the elf is spending gold on buildings such as tech/hunter hall/new unit buildings (AoWinds/AOL).
Also, Elves are insanely weak when rushed at t1/t2, the only tanky units they have are heroes (mainly DH/Warden rest are pretty weak) huntresses (which die ULTRA fast to towers + serpent wards/lava spawn depending on 2nd hero, tinker works also). This is it. T2 DOTC's are too expensive to do any amount of damage and need the tech before they can heal the DH. A player going DOTC's versus a gruntapult is going to lose quickly.
Well seeing he's chosen undead (lol, probably the weakest race if you ever get good) this may be useless

id like to play you 1on1 elf vs orc and see you pull off FS tactic ^^ also undead is not ´weak' mby on low level like you.
