yes but that way anyone viewing the replay instantly has evidence to prove you are mhing
to be honest in the long run you should just play without it. i've tried with and without (used to mh way back in the days of tDA lol), and with it your skill level seems to go down since a whole huge aspect of the game is just taken away. your choice though. if you're going to do it, be smart about it. i'd recommend turning fog clicking off and of course always thinking about how your actions might look to an observer checking for MH
