If you have a static IP, contact your ISP as fast as possible. Just ask for a dynamic IP. It'll pay off in the future unless you want to deal with bullshit.
If they ask any reasons, just improvise and say you're being harassed.

Dynamic IPs are typically easier to change and it take seconds as well.
