This would be the best advice so far. Troll is easy early on, but if you just turtle around and let him farm, he will come wreck you later.

Get an early game killer and chase him down. Buy wards and gain sight of his neutrals, and just focus him.

Zeus, Lion, Tinker, few other INT heroes can chew him up early but will get WTFPWNED by him later, so you need to win the game fast.

I find Drow to be my favorite now. She was always getting owned by him, although she's my favorite hero, but now I just harass him and outfarm him, and I can now usually win with her
