ALWAYS get 2 circs at start if you want to have enough mana for spin and ult together. otherwise you have to waste skill points on stats. rest is up to you really and your style. turn them into bracers, fuck dps, you need hp to tank when spinning early. i like treads or phase, but travels if you want to heavily carry. butterfly is always a nice pick if youre trading hits with the enemy, also in that case a helm of the dominator. blink dagger is always fun and its good for continuing your ult on an enemy within blink distance. figure the rest out.
