Any build order?
And how many should I use for gold/wood?

5 of the little guys for the gold mine.. any more than 5 and its pointless.. i just started yesterday and they have some really good players on there.. you'll probably get pissed like i do.. i've only won 2 or 3 games out of about 15-20.. i wish i knew more about it.

I'm getting my ass handed to by the computer on easy lol...well im starting to win some now, but only b/c I play so long I take over like 3 mines and have 100% upkeep

are you playing on battle.net? the 1v1 is other people.. they always kick my ass. on battle.net its all about producing shit fast. and i do mean fast.

nah im doing solo games, like private vs computer lol, and thats how it seems

all the games that i've played so far people rush.. and by rush i mean they have everything built and are attacking me before i can even get everything up and going.. might want to youtube some wc3 tutorials on rushing before you play battle.net.. those people are pros.. almost seems like they are botting.

Yeah, vs the computer what I try to do is get my hero and shop up ASAP, then get mass lv 1 ground units and get started on another mine then send a few lv 1 ground units to scout and see what they are up too

Once you get down the speed and timings you should be fine

for most races it's altar immediately, next 4 workers on gold, then make a few workers.
1st worker to come out either make a food building. (farm/well/zig/burrow)
2nd worker makes tier 1 producing unit building. (barracks/ancient of war/crypt)
from there put 5 on gold, 7-8 is ideal for wood, and try to anticipate when you'll be needing to make more food buildings.

Try not to mass too much gold/lumber.

Scouting + teching is key to victory, make sure you know where your enemy is at all times and what he's producing, this way you know how to counter what units he's going.

Since you are roughly 6 years or so behind most players on battle.net it will be extremely hard to maintain the speed of most players, I would recommend doing 4s random team and watching to see what your allies do, and to see what counters what. Then switch to solo when you think you grasp the idea.

This Is How I Play Undead

You start

Send the ghoul to wood
2acaloyts to mine
1 acolyte make a crypt+zigg+alter then send to mine
make 2 more acolytes and put on gold mine
When the buildings are finished
make 2 ghouls and a lich
liches first skill frost nove
with 2 ghouls and a lich kill the spawn South of your base(if your playing bootybay(my fav <3))
do the same with the next spawn(theres 2)
somewhere in between make a graveyard and make some crypt fiends+2-3 more ghouls to get lumber
then once you have 3 crypt fiends,2Ghouls And your lich(around level 3) go attack the first gold mine it should have 4 or so monsters
Bring an acolyte to haunt the mine+ make a necropolis,
now upgrade your necropolis(at default base) to a halls of the dead
make another crypt and make 2 gargoyles at once until you have about 4
Then if you have enough get all the requirements for the last base one(forgot what its called)
make a sacrifical pit+boneyardx2 then start making dragons(last base required)
and keep in mind always have defenses around your base(upgraded ziggys(half nerubian half spirit))
now when you have max food limit of lich+dragons+gargoyles
Go attack Computer(easy) Depend on what race he is you have a good chance to win

Strategy for Killing his base:
Hopefully you're level 6 or above send in you're units(some melee+air) and keep your lich behind them Casting death and decay on their main buildings,
This is my usual Way to Kill Computers Cuz they not that smart
Rember To upgrade you're Units In the graveyard
You might want some abominations For melee tanks so your lich doesn't die:)

Have you tried this vs a non computer opponent? I'm going to move up to med tho lol b/c I can easily own computer simply by having 1 fully upgraded army lol
e: also, if your new like me and willing to 2v2 the computer or other people just let me know...I might start trying NE out lol
