You don't have to be anyone in order to critique, especially in games. The mechanics are rather simple, and it's not particularly hard to catch on to common beliefs and strategies. Anyone's opinion could, potentially, be as valid as anyone else's. As long as they make a strong and sound argument, I don't see the problem.

But, even you must admit this is kinda funny.
